Reiki

Reiki, which means Universal Life Energy, is an ancient healing method that not only addresses illnesses but also aims to correct the relationship between the mind and heart, maintain the body's balance, and live a happy life by utilizing the spiritual capacities humans possess from birth. Reiki focuses on the seven main energy centers known as chakras, working through each one to promote mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

Reiki energy (Qi) is special. Qi is energy guided by spiritual consciousness and is defined as life energy directed or focused on the Spirit. My teaching lineage follows the method of William Lee Rand's (Holy Fire) Reiki. This therapy fosters patience and self-love within us, guiding us towards a place of acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, and, most importantly, connects us with our own ability to heal.

The session: It takes place with the person lying on a table in a peaceful environment and a quiet atmosphere. Very gentle contact is applied to different areas of the body, depending on each person's needs and the specific purpose of healing. Sessions can last between 30 minutes and an hour, and it is recommended to have more than one session.

Anxiety

Anxiety disorder manifests in feelings of fear, dread, and uneasiness, accompanied by sweatiness, restlessness, tension, and rapid heartbeat.

While anxiety is a normal reaction to stress, people who suffer from anxiety disorder may find the physical and mental symptoms overwhelming to the extent that they can't manage their life day-to-day.
